Refund Policy

At Roca IPTV, we strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their subscriptions. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Refund Eligibility Conditions We offer a money-back guarantee within 7 days of your purchase under the following specific conditions:

• Our technical team is unable to resolve a technical issue preventing you from using the service on a supported device.

• The issue is proven to be caused directly by our servers and not by your equipment or network.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances Refunds will NOT be issued in the following cases:

• User-side Internet Issues: Low internet speeds, high latency, or blocking/throttling imposed by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).

• Device Incompatibility: Issues caused by unsupported, outdated, or misconfigured devices and applications.

• Change of Mind: Simply deciding you no longer want the service after receiving working account details.

• Incorrect Setup: Failure to follow our setup instructions provided by our support team.

• Multiple Connections Violation: Account suspension due to using your subscription on more devices simultaneously than your plan allows.

3. Trial Recommended We strongly encourage all customers to request a trial or test period (if available) before purchasing a long-term subscription to ensure our service meets your needs and works seamlessly with your setup.
